The hunt for new and fresh names has once again proven successful. It is with great pride that Dunkelheit presents Apathetic Atrophy with its first full length "Lifelong Dissonance". Fans of harsh, intense sounds take heed - this one is a treat.

It is not the easiest of disciplines to sufficiently describe the sounds of this promising new artists. There is that lovely chaos of Noise based on intermingling sounds that never become too organised, but there is also that clarity, structure and sheer force of Power Electronics. Buried, highly treated vocals may remind some of the triumphs of Euro Industrial, evoking a truly apocalyptic and dominant atmosphere. This is indeed a work of "Lifelong Dissonance".

Apathetic Atrophy comes highly recommended and will most probably move on to establish itself as one of the great ones. It is almost uncanny how there is so much fresh talent waiting to be found and delivered to the hungry masses. Industrial is not the worship of ashes but the carrying on of the ever-burning flame.
